Detailed Itinerary

You will have breakfast after waking up this morning.

After breakfast, you will load your stuff into the safari jeep and go to the Serengeti.

Inside the jeep with your lunch

On the route, you will be able to see the spectacular Rift Valley, as well as the Ngorongoro Crater, and you will arrive in the Serengeti in the evening.

You will go on an evening wildlife drive in the Serengeti, where you will be able to witness the sunset.

The endless plains and great Serengeti wildebeest migration, which involves 1.5 herbivores and followers, predators used to move from one area to another almost all parts of Serengeti because of drought, are major attractions in Serengeti. Our driving guide will ensure that you see some of the wildebeest migration. The passage of massive numbers of wildebeest in the Serengeti, joined by big numbers of zebra and lesser numbers of Grant’s gazelle, Thomson’s gazelle, eland, and impala, will be seen in the Serengeti.

HERITAGE DINNER AND OVERNIGHT

On this day, you will wake up early and enjoy a full breakfast before beginning your game drive within Serengeti. Because you will have a full day in Serengeti, our driver will take you to the important places in Serengeti.

We will ensure that you follow the wildebeest migration wherever it goes on your journey with Cubs Expeditions.

The Great Migration varies every year; the best time to see it is from June to September, while the wildebeest calving season is from January to March. From July to September, our driver will be able to go the northern Serengeti, where will be able to see the Great Wildebeest Migration crossing the Mara River. A million and a half of these beautiful creature’s roam throughout the year as they hunt for fresh grazing pasture and follow the rainfall for better water sources, and after your full day game drive, you return to your campsite for supper and overnight.

Dinner and overnight at HERITAGE LODGE

You will wake up at 5:30 a.m., have tea or coffee with biscuits, and watch the sun rise within the Serengeti. You will then have an early morning game drive until 11.30 a.m., when you will return to the campsite for a delicious lunch and load your belongings into the vehicle.

This time, after eating your delicious lunch, you will continue with game on route in Serengeti on your way to Ngorongoro Crater.

ANGATA TENTED LODGE Dinner and Overnight

You will be awakened at 5:30 a.m. for breakfast, after which you will descend to the Ngorongoro crater bottom, where you will be able to witness all five of the Big Five, as well as other sorts of birds and black rhinos. On this day, you will eat lunch within the crater while admiring nature and large concentrations of flamingos.

After a 6 hour game drive within the Crater bottom, you will begin ascending from the crater, passing by the campground to collect all bags inside the vehicle and travel back to Arusha.
