Day 1: Arusha City To Marangu Route Mount Kilimanjaro

You will start your journey after breakfast. Our driver will wait for you in Arusha to transport you to the village of Marangu.

Choosing this route your journey will start at the Marangu gate (1,980 m), where you should sign in at the Park Office.

Walk through the rainforest to the Mandara encampment. A side trip to Maundi Crater is a good way to see the surroundings including Northern Tanzania and Kenya.

In the rainforest, look for towering Eucalyptus trees, birdlife, and Colobus monkeys.

After lunch, hike back to Arusha direct to Karatu at dinner and overnight at Marera Valley lodge

Day 2: Mto wa mbu full day cycling tour.

Mto wa mbu is situated on the way to national parks in northern Tanzania just at the roof of rift valley.located on the way to ngorongoro and Serengeti, it’s an ideal place for safari travelers.

EXCURSIONS:

1: VILLAGE TOUR.
Cycling in side the village look at homes and exquisite careft of mto wa mbu’s many tribes.visitors will get a chance to meet locals and learn about banana beer,Makonde wood carvings and the tribe painting techniques,kisu and tinga tinga .A stroll through the village provide a great introduction to everyday life in Africa.

2: FARM TOUR.
you will get inside the village farms where you will going to see the innovative farming practices of mto wa mbu villagers and learn about irrigation system that sustains local crops including the 18 varieties of bananas.

3:MAASAI BOMA TOUR.
visit a maasai boma and see the lifestyle of this legendary tribe up-close. Along with a guided tour of the boma and an introduction to the local maasai population,tribesmen will offer to paint traditional maasai tattoos for visitors and even let them milk their prized cows.

4: LUNCH AT MOMA’S.
Enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal in a local moma’s home.over lunch,the guide will provide a history of region and many local tribes.
